A school falling apart

It's time to start renovating our beloved People Concern Children's Project (PCCP). For 13 years, ourliteracy center and then primary school has been standing like a rock in the tides. Moshin and the rest of the team have been doing their best throughout the years to provide the poorest children of Kabalagala (Kampala) with the first four years of primary school education. Without this institution, going to school would not have been possible for them.

These P3 students are having a look out of a hole in our wall. Directly next to the school is a hosing area of other people and a rainwater trench.
With minor fixes we could stop small leakings in the metal roof, exchange one or another supporting wooden pillars and replace wooden planks (our current walls) which have been eaten by termites. Unfortunately, wood has a limited lifespan and lately, the rain and the wind has been disturbing the lessons heavily. Therefore, we have decided to make our school become more like a real building with a new floor, brick-walls instead of thin wooden plank walls and a stronger roof. In order to let the currently studying 165 (+40 sponsored) children continue their education undisturbed, we need your help!

The classroom of P3. It's a bit crowded, but we manage to fit four similar classes into the school.
Let's hope you can make it become another 13 years, with at least another 350 young people to go to school, who, otherwise, would not have the chance to go to any school at all. Thanks!

P3 and P4 doing sports outside in the field. It's a necessity to get some fresh air in between the lessons.
